Does it work on all skin types?
Stretch Renew stretch mark treatment can be used successfully on all skin types and ages.  The younger the skin, the more elastic the skin is, therefore the skin's response is quicker because it needs less elastin proteins to repair the skin.

Will it prevent stretch marks?
As the skin stretches, our stretch mark treatment will thicken the skin and keep the skin more elastic. This in turn will cause the skin to become stronger and more elastic, giving the skin the ability to stretch more without damage.

Why does this stretch mark treatment cream work better than others?
Stretch Renew is not just a moisturizer, it is a skin repair cream.  We use Emu Oil as a transport vehicle (along with Liposomes) to put elastin and collagen cells (what the skin is held together with) back into the skin. By putting these cells deep into the layers of the skin, this will help to regenerate new skin cells which will repair the skin.  We have also added some additional key ingredients known for their skin benefits including:  Vitamin A, E & B, DMAE, Vitamin K1, Glycolic Acid, Coenzyme Q10 and Grape Seed Extract.

How long before I can see results?
Using our stretch mark treatment twice daily, allow 60 to 120 days to see improvement.   Although people with younger skin may see results much sooner.

Severely Damaged Skin: Depending on the severity and age of the marks, more time may be required to see substantial results. My skin is very sensitive.  Is this cream hypoallergenic?
Our stretch mark treatment cream is non-comodogenic (will not clog pores), non-irritating and bacteriostatic (does not promote bacterial growth).  It is a very effective but gentle cream.

How often do I use it?
Apply the stretch mark treatment twice daily, morning and evening.

How much do I use?
Our stretch mark treatment is highly concentrated so a small amount goes a long way.  More is not necessarily better.  The brochure included with each order will explain specifically the amount to use.

What Are Stretch Marks?
Stretch marks are tiny tears in the dermis that occur when the skin is stretched excessively.  They can vary in color from a light pink to a dark purple.  This tearing process breaks down elastin and collagen fibers which causes scarring.  Over a very long period of time, usually years, stretch marks can fade in color, but the scars remain.

Stretch Renew stretch mark cream penetrates through the epidermis (the top skin layer) down into the dermis (the second layer) where the ingredients go to work repairing the damaged area from the inside - - - out.

What Causes Stretch Marks?
Stretch marks are caused when the skin is stretched to the point of breaking down, similar to elastic losing it's elasticity.  Losing collagen and elastin in the skin causes stretch marks, loss of tone, fine lines and wrinkles. When there is a breakdown or loss of elastin and collagen fibers or excessive stretching in the skin, the mark actually shows through to the epidermis (top layer of skin).

There are several different factors that contribute to the formation of stretch marks.

   Heredity - Some skin is genetically prone to stretch marks
   Skin Type - Dryer Skin has less elasticity than Oily Skin
   Weight - rapid gain or loss
   Pregnancy - the weight gain associated with pregnancy
   Body Building

Although some people are more susceptible to stretch marks, anyone can get them including men.  In addition, the non-occurrence of stretch marks during one pregnancy does not necessarily mean stretch marks will not occur in another.
