They have been provided by real customers of BodiesByDesign.com and actual proof (full original testimonial with customer information) is retained on file should it be needed by authorities to prosecute another company for fraud.

Please be warned that any company or website found to be copying and / or posting these testimonials to a different website or for a different product, constitutes fraud and will be prosecuted as such.

Any such party will also be reported to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud.

Furthermore, any customer or visitor of BodiesByDesign.com that witnesses fraud or plagiarism by another website or company against BodiesByDesign.com and reports it to us, will be rewarded for any information that leads to a successful prosecution.
