What does
Microdermabrasion do exactly?
Microdermabrasion removes dead skin cells exposing the lower skin layer called the
dermis. This then triggers the new cells to move forward. As the new cells move forward,
collagen fibers are strengthened and excessive alkaline (ph) is balanced. Follicles that
have been blocked by the dead skin cells, cellular dust and debris are uncovered. As a
result, rough textured skin will look smoother and shallow lines will be softened.
Microdermabrasion helps to replenish the life
of your skin by improving your collagen production. It also dramatically increases the
effectiveness of your skin care products, since the nutrients, vitamins and minerals will
no longer sit on top of your dead skin cells. Removing the dead skin cells enables
